'Slide Scale Pricing' allows you to setup your studio fees based on your class times and tuition or hourly rates - for each of your various class types. You set this up once. The system will then use your settings to automatically calculate the fees you will charge every time you add a new class to your registration calendar.
2. Smart Calendar
DCG Studio Magic 'smart' calendar. You will use this calendar to display any classes, recitals or workshops that are being hosted by your studio. For classes that repeat, you simply setup them up once and the software will complete the calendar for you. It also supports colors, so you can differentiate the various class types with a unique color-coding system (i.e. pink for ballet, purple for Jazz, blue for recital(s)...etc.). The calendar is smooth, dynamic and very easy to use.
3. Family Messaging
Staying in direct contact with your customers has never been easier. Studio Magic comes with a built in messaging system that links to your customers email accounts. Whether you need to contact one family or all the families that attend your studio, simply open up the message system, type and send. No more bouncing back and forth between your management software and your email account - now you can manage this all in one place.
4. Recitals - Costumes and Tickets
Stay organized with the dedicated recitals section within the Dance Studio Magic studio management system. Your recital section will allow you to track costumes (sizing, orders, shipping...etc) and ticket sales for recitals. This will keep invoicing simple as you can manage family based billing to cover multipe sales items with one invoice.
