FREE Service for Dance Studios

We have created a powerful management center for dance studios in North America, and it is very easy to use. It is also free for any dance studio. Welcome to the information page for the new DanceComp Genie Studio Center.
 
The Studio Center will give your dance studio the ability to collect class registrations online. This is achieved by signing up for a Studio Center account, and following the instructions found on your My Account control panel. You are able to customize details such as class dates, registration minimums and maximums, teachers, dance styles and a few more. Once you have the classes setup, you are free to invite your customers and neighbors to visit your page and sign-up for your dance classes. When they do, all of their contact information will be saved for your records. This will be handy when competition season comes around, as you can simply set up your dance routines with the dancers registered for your classes and submit this to the competitions you wish to attend.

  1. Studio Center Passport.
    A dance studio no longer needs to create multiple accounts when registering for dance competitions or dance conventions online. You can now use just one passport login to access all the websites that are using the DanceComp Genie 2.0 competition or convention registration systems.
     
  2. Copy Registered Routines To Different Locations.
    Studios now are able to copy a routine to all the different locations within a single competition companies website. This is great for Nationals.
     
  3. Transfer Registered Routines To Different Competition Companies.
    Studios that have registered routines with any competition company using DanceComp Genie 2.0, can now transfer the registered routine information to a different competition company. This will save time setting up routines that are the same for two different events.
     
  4. Upload Music For Dance Routines.
    Studios will now be able to upload a routine's music in MP3 format when creating a routine. The competition company can download it directly online.
     
  5. Individual Invoicing For Registrations.
     
  6. Studio Center Dance Classes
    Studio owners can setup their dance studio's dance classes and link them to their account in the Studio Center. They can then ask dancers to register online for their classes. When it comes time for competition season, the studio can then transfer these dancers' to any competition companies website for competition registration - since their dancers will already be added to the studios list of dancers when they originally registered for dance classes.
     
  7. Managing Staff And Customers Is Easy - Everything is stored in one place for easy access when needed.
